GGC provided a scaffold for The building, which will include 89 accommodation units to be utilised as serviced apartments and residential dwellings, spanning 16 levels inclusive of a 3-level basement carpark. The complex will include retail premises, reception, offices and amenities for Quest staff, back-of house amenities, a business lounge, a resident lounge and a gymnasium.
