GGC provided a scaffold for the revitalised building that spans over 15,000m² and includes a restaurant and bar, a total of 128 apartments with spacious balconies that are a mix of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom dwellings, and a secured basement with parking for 110 vehicles and bike parking.
